Melissa Arrington is a native of Franklin County, NC. She currently resides in Pitt County with her husband and 3 sons. She obtained her Bachelors of Science degree in Family and Community Services of East Carolina University and is a certified Non-profit Manager retained from Duke University. Arrington is an established entrepreneur who loves creating solutions for individuals and businesses. Arrington has 10 years of experience in customer service, business administration volunteer management, staff recruitment, business development, property management, accounting, grant writing, and other clerical services. Arrington has served on various board development planning committees and management companies. Arrington is the founding member and CEO of GLORY Solutions LLC.

Michelle Macon is a native of Franklin County, NC. She currently resides in Rowan County with her husband, daughter, and two sons. She obtained her masters degree in Leadership, Policy and Advocacy in Early Childhood from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, a bachelor’s degree in Birth-Thru Kindergarten Education and an associate's degree in Early Childhood Education. Macon has been working in the early childhood field since 2006 in various roles including a classroom teacher, classroom supervisor, play therapist, administrator, family support advocate and more. The early childhood field is her passion where she engages, empowers, and educates children, families, and educators on a daily basis. Community Involvement: Executive Board Member of Communities In Schools, Early Care and Education Advocacy Committee for Smart Start Rowan, and is a Member of Diversity In Leadership Alliance. Macon adds value to GLORY Solutions due to her extensive background in directing, operations, communication, and human resources. Macon is a Partner and Company Advisor.
